众所周知，NEC全美经济学挑战赛，作为极具影响力的中学生经济学学术活动，最重要的原因就是顶尖学术挑战, 助力名校申请！
2023年12月，美高学子参加了区域站2023NEC全美经济学挑战。在这场竞争激烈的国际竞赛中，美高学子惊艳亮相，一举斩获多个重磅奖项！最终15名同学以亮眼的成绩成功晋级全国总决赛。
值得注意的是，美高有一组高中预备年级学生也参加了NEC，这4位学子年级最小，没学过AP， 经济学也是刚入门，但他们也取得了不错的成绩，真是后生可畏呀！
In December 2023, Living Word Shanghai students participated in the Regional Competion 2023 NEC (National Economics Challenge). In this fierce international competition, 15 students from Living Word Shanghai successfully advanced to the national finals with brilliant results.

全美经济学挑战 (National Economics Challenge，以下简称NEC)，是美国最具影响力的高中生经济学竞赛，每年有超过15,000名学生受邀参与，赛事及参赛选手得到了华尔街知名金融机构、全球TOP院校的广泛支持和认可。
NEC旨在激发学生对经济学知识的兴趣、培养解决问题的能力、建立审辩性思维习惯，是高中经济学子一年一度的学术盛会，亦是未来政商财经界精英的摇篮。
The National Economics Challenge (NEC) is the nation’s most prestigious high school economics competition. Each year, over 10,500 students across the U.S. participate in the competition. The Challenge recognizes exceptional high school students for their knowledge of economic principles and their ability to apply problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to real-world events.
